Responsibilities

- Manage classroom activities to ensure a safe, inclusive, and stimulating environment for toddlers and preschoolers.
- Support children with special education needs through early intervention strategies and individualized attention.
- Utilize effective behavior management techniques to foster positive behavior and social interactions among children.
- Maintain detailed records of children's progress, including assessments aligned with standardized testing where applicable.
- Collaborate with parents, caregivers, and team members to support each child's welfare and developmental milestones.
- Ensure compliance with all childcare regulations, health standards, and safety protocols at all times.
Qualifications
- Prior classroom management experience in early childhood education or daycare settings is essential.
- Strong knowledge of childhood development theories, curriculum development, and literacy education.
- Experience working with children across various age groups, including toddlers and preschoolers.
- Familiarity with special education practices, early intervention programs, and Montessori methods is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively engage with children, parents, and team members.
- Ability to plan lessons that incorporate physical activity, math skills, and social-emotional learning components.
