We are searching for a reliable, Medical Assistant to perform various clinical and office duties to keep our Family practice running efficiently. Our Medical Assistant must possess excellent communicative and clinical skills, be professional, work well in a Team oriented, supportive environment.
Responsibilities: Take vitals Room placement Record patient history and chief complaint Answering phones Scheduling appointments Insurance verification Phlebotomy Preparing proper specimens Stocking of rooms Ordering tests and obtaining prior authorizations Additional duties as assigned
Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent 1 to 2 years of experience as a Medical Assistant preferred Experience with electronic medical record strongly preferred Availability for Mondays, Wednesdays and Saturdays is a must Bilingual English/Spanish – fluent to speak, read, and write in both languages without limitations or assistance.

Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
