We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Teacher to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience working with children, preferably in a preschool or private school setting. Knowledge of literacy education, early childhood education, Montessori principles, and behavior management is highly desirable.
Duties:
- Plan and implement engaging and age-appropriate lessons
- Create a nurturing and safe learning environment
- Provide individualized attention to students to support their development
- Collaborate with parents and colleagues to ensure student success
- Incorporate physical education and toddler care into daily activities
- Utilize effective behavior management techniques
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma
- Previous experience working with young children
- Cleared background check
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to adapt teaching methods to meet the needs of diverse learners
- Drivers License
