Happy Dog Daycare & Boarding in Utica is hiring a compassionate, hardworking Canine Coach to help create a safe, structured, and enriching day for every dog in our care.
This is a true part-time role: 12 hours (2 days) up to 18 hours (3 days) per week. It's a great fit if you're a student building a schedule around classes, a parent who wants steady daytime hours, recently retired and still want to stay active, or looking for a flexible second job you'll actually enjoy.
What you'll do
- Supervise group play for dogs of all breeds and sizes
- Read canine body language and step in early to keep play safe and fun
- Reinforce positive behaviors and keep daily routines running smoothly
- Handle feeding, boarding care, and cleaning to our high standards
- Give our dog parents friendly, professional service at drop-off and pick-up

- Dog-handling experience is a plus — willingness to learn matters more

Physical requirements
Standing and walking for most of the shift (No sitting), going indoors and outdoors in all weather, and lifting up to 50 lbs.
Pay: $14.00 - $15.00 per hour
