Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced and efficient RV Technician to join our team Tuesday through Saturday. As an RV Technician, you will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining recreational vehicles. This is a full-time position with competitive pay and benefits.
Position is Tuesday through Saturday.
Responsibilities:
- Perform inspections and diagnose issues with RV systems, including electrical, plumbing, and mechanical components in a timely fashion
- Repair or replace faulty parts and components as approved by warranty or paying customer
- Conduct routine maintenance tasks, such as roof inspections, appliance services, wheel bearing packs
- Install and repair RV accessories and appliances
- Test and troubleshoot RV systems to ensure proper functionality
- Keep accurate records of repairs and maintenance performed
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer concerns and answering questions
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as an RV Technician
- Strong knowledge of RV systems and components
- Proficient in using power tools, hand tools, and diagnostic equipment
- Familiarity with automotive electrical systems
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and diagrams
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication skills to interact with customers and team members
- Ability to perform Jobs with a minimum efficiency of 60%
Skills:
- Knowledge of RV appliances
- Knowledge of 110volt and 12volt appliances
- Welding
- Knowledge of rv suspension, brakes (Towable only)
- Soldering
- Hand tool usage
- Assembly of components
