Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Sales Associate to join our team. If you have sales experience, are friendly, outgoing and enjoy meeting people, we’d like to speak with you. We will train you with the product knowledge and supply you with all tools necessary to give you the best chance to succeed. We work 40 hours per week, with 2 consecutive days off and great benefits. Compensation is commissioned based with guaranteed minimum wage. You decide how much you earn by how willing you are to train in product knowledge, customer communication and follow-up. We are looking for honest, dependable people who are wanting to learn and succeed.
Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer service by greeting customers, answering questions, and assisting with product selections.
- Maintain knowledge of all product inventory and promotions.
- Conduct product demonstrations to enhance customer understanding and use of products.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and maintain high standards.
Experience
- Previous experience in customer service or retail sales is preferred.
- Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a team-oriented environment are essential.
- A willingness to learn about products and sales techniques is important for success in this role.
