Teacher Assistant – UPK Classroom
Happy Days II Preschool is looking for an enthusiastic, caring, and dependable Teacher Assistant to join our UPK classroom team!

Position Details
- **Hours:** Monday–Friday, 9:15 a.m.–3:45 p.m.
- **Schedule:** Follows the district calendar
- **Education:** Minimum of an Associate’s degree required
- **Benefit:** Childcare discount available
Responsibilities
- Support the lead teacher with daily classroom activities and routines
- Help create a safe, nurturing, and engaging learning environment
- Assist with lessons, small-group activities, crafts, and learning centers
- Supervise children during classroom, playground, and transition times
- Encourage positive social skills, independence, and cooperation
- Assist with classroom organization, cleaning, and preparation
- Communicate professionally with families and staff
- Follow all school policies, health and safety procedures, and district expectations
