We are currently seeking an experienced, nurturing, dependable, and dedicated Infant Lead Teacher to help create a warm, loving, and engaging environment for our youngest learners.
We are looking for an educator who truly understands the unique needs of infants and is passionate about providing responsive, individualized care while supporting each child's developmental milestones.
SERIOUS INQUIRIES ONLY - INFANT CLASSROOM EXPERIENCE IS REQUIRED.
POSITION: INFANT LEAD TEACHER
Qualifications & Experience:
- Minimum 2 year of experience working as a Lead Teacher in an infant classroom required
- Strong understanding of infant development, milestones, routines, and age-appropriate activities
- Experience providing nurturing and responsive care, including feeding, diapering, soothing, tummy time, and maintaining individual infant schedules
- Ability to create and maintain a safe, clean, organized, and engaging infant classroom
- Strong communication skills with families, coworkers, and administration
- Experience with lesson planning and implementing developmentally appropriate infant activities
- Knowledge of Creative Curriculum preferred
- Ability to maintain accurate daily records for feedings, diapering, naps, activities, and developmental progress
- Strong classroom management and organizational skills
- Dependable, professional, patient, and nurturing
- Strong work ethic and a genuine passion for early childhood education

Hours of Operation:
Monday–Friday
6:30 AM – 6:00 PM

Additional Requirements:
- CPR & First Aid Certification or willingness to obtain
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
