Happy Days Children's Learning Center has been serving the Santa Cruz community since 1995. We offer age-appropriate programs for infants, toddlers, and preschoolers at two locations in Santa Cruz, California.

Infant Teacher Duties and Responsibilities:
- Provide a safe and loving environment for the infants that are in your care.
- Give bottles to infants as provided by parents.
- Feed infants solid foods as age appropriate and provided by parents.
- Change diapers as needed.
- Supervise infants on the floor as they play with age appropriate toys.
- Help soothe kids to sleep for naptime and put them in their cribs.
- Ensure play, sleep and changing areas are kept clean.
Infant Teacher Requirements and Qualifications:
- Must have experience with infants and have completed the 12 core ECE core courses along with the Infant/Toddler course.
- Applicant must be someone who enjoys working with infants ages 2-18 months.
- First Aid and CPR certification.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to speak, read and write English fluently.
- Ability to stand and move around for long hours at a time while teaching and must be able to lift no less than 30 pounds on a consistent basis throughout the workday.
- Caring individual who enjoys teaching young children.
- Must be able to interact warmly, appropriately, and professionally with children, as well as with parents, coworkers and management.
