- Managing staff and overall operations of the program, maintaining quality care of the children, conducting staff and parent meetings, maintaining enrollment, planning events and fundraisers, overseeing food program, maintaining accounts, and following state and company guidelines.
Qualifications
Associate degree in Childcare
Experience working with children in a Center environment
