Job Summary

Duties
- Take dogs on scheduled walks, ensuring they are safely restrained and supervised at all times.
- Monitor dog behavior during walks, addressing any signs of distress or aggression
- Provide basic training cues or commands as needed to promote good behavior
- Assist with pet sitting duties, including feeding and light grooming if required
- Communicate effectively with pet owners regarding their dog’s activity, behavior, or any concerns during walks
Skills
- Experience in animal handling preferred
- Ability to handle dogs of various temperaments safely and confidently
- Capable of heavy lifting when necessary (e.g., assisting with large or heavy dogs)
- Excellent communication skills for reporting pet behavior or health concerns
- Dependability, punctuality, and a genuine love for animals are essential

Pay: $16.00 - $23.00 per hour
