Position Overview
As a receiver, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our kitchen with stocking and receiving orders from our vendors. This position starts at 6:00am on days worked.
Responsibilities (but Not Limited To)
- Assist Chef's with ordering products.
- Be main point of contact to receive products from vendors.
- Review invoices carefully to ensure orders match what was received.
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment.
- Follow food safety and hygiene protocols to ensure compliance with health regulations.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate orders and ensure timely service.
- Support with prep and dishwashing duties, if needed.
