As we launch our Pineville location, we’re seeking a dynamic and capable Site Manager to lead daily operations, drive membership growth, and ensure a consistently outstanding customer experience. Position Summary: The Site Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of site operations, including team leadership, customer service, sales, car wash maintenance, and local marketing. This role requires a hands-on, proactive individual who is equally comfortable on the wash pad and in front of customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide strong, motivational leadership to a team of attendants and technicians
- Drive sales of unlimited wash memberships through engaging and confident customer interaction
- Maintain a culture of excellent service and high team morale
- Recruit, hire, train, and schedule staff; conduct regular safety and operations training
- Perform or coordinate basic repairs and maintenance of wash tunnel equipment and vacuums
- Enforce adherence to all company policies, safety protocols, and operational procedures
- Monitor and manage site inventory; place supply and equipment orders as needed
- Resolve customer concerns promptly and professionally to ensure satisfaction
- Develop and execute marketing efforts to engage the local community and grow membership
- Ensure the site is clean, organized, and operating efficiently at all times
Qualifications:
- 2 years of experience in a management or leadership role (car wash, retail, or service industry preferred)
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Mechanically inclined and capable of performing minor equipment repairs
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Proven ability to lead, train, and develop a team
- Experience with scheduling, inventory, and site-level operations
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive, hands-on leadership style
- Flexibility to work weekends and peak business hours
Preferred Experience:
- 5 years of experience in a management or leadership role at a car wash
- Prior experience with Car Wash Maintenance and Installation services.
