About the Role
We’re looking for enthusiastic and hardworking Crew Members to join our express tunnel car wash team. You’ll be the face of our operation—greeting customers, prepping vehicles, and ensuring every car leaves clean and every customer leaves happy.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service from start to finish
- Greet and guide customers into the tunnel, safely loading vehicles onto the conveyor
- Perform light prep work on vehicles before entering the wash (e.g., bug removal, pre-scrub)
- Upsell customers on wash packages and membership options with confidence and a smile
- Assist with exterior/interior detailing, vacuuming, drying, and wipe-down services as needed
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the site, equipment, and workstations
- Support occasional janitorial tasks to keep the facility spotless
- Safely move vehicles around the lot as needed
What We’re Looking For
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work on your feet in a fast-paced, outdoor environment
- Team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Prior car wash or vehicle detailing experience is a plus, but not required
- Comfortable using wash equipment and cleaning tools
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record required
