Position Summary:
We’re looking for an Assistant Site Manager who’s ready to roll up their sleeves and support daily operations, lead shifts, and motivate a growing team. You’ll play a critical role in maintaining quality, safety, and service—while helping us build a culture of excellence and positivity.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with daily site operations, including opening and closing
• Supervise, coach, and motivate team members
• Help train new employees and support ongoing development
• Monitor tunnel and equipment; report any issues or downtime
• Sell memberships and promote great service to every customer
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe site at all times
• Step in as acting manager when needed

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience in a supervisory role (car wash supervisory experience is a plus!)
• Car Wash Maintenance and service experience is a Plus.
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Friendly, proactive attitude and a team-first mindset
• Able to work outdoors and on your feet in all weather
• Available to work weekends and flexible shifts
• Sales oriented mindset with a focus on growing membership base
