SUMMARY
The Graphic Designer plays a critical role in translating brand vision into compelling visual experiences across all touchpoints. This individual will partner closely with leadership and cross-functional teams to execute design work that supports marketing, product, retail, and brand storytelling initiatives.
This role requires a balance of creative concepting and execution, ensuring that all designs reflect a cohesive and elevated brand identity while driving engagement and business results. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment and is passionate about building visually compelling brands.
This role is on site 5 days a week in our NYC office and reports to the CEO/Co-founder.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Creative Execution & Design
- Design and produce high-quality visual assets across:
- Digital (email, website, social, paid media)
- Print (packaging, retail signage, event collateral)
- Create graphics for brand, merchandise, website, decks, and collaboration assets
- Translate creative briefs and brand direction into effective design solutions
- Ensure all deliverables are aligned with brand guidelines and creative standards
- Prepare and deliver production-ready files for internal and external partners
Packaging & Label Development
- Lead packaging and label design from concept through final production
- Manage packaging and labeling creation, revisions, and approvals
- Partner with external vendors (printers, manufacturers) to ensure quality and brand consistency
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and production requirements where applicable
Campaign & Brand Development
- Support the development and rollout of:
- Product launches
- Seasonal campaigns
- Brand storytelling initiatives
- Contribute to concept development, mood boards, and visual identity exploration
- Support brand creation and evolution, maintaining a cohesive visual language
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Collaborate closely with:
- Marketing – to create performance-driven design assets
- Operations – to support execution of packaging, product, and retail needs
- Product Development – to align packaging, labeling, and product storytelling
- Leadership/Creative Direction – to translate vision into creative outputs
- Partners with external vendors (printers, freelancers, agencies) as needed
Project & Workflow Management
- Manage multiple concurrent projects with competing deadlines
- Prioritize workloads while maintaining high creative standards
- Track project timelines and ensure timely delivery of assets
- Proactively identify risks, bottlenecks, and opportunities for efficiency
Brand Integrity & Innovation
- Maintain consistency across all visual touchpoints
- Stay current on design, fashion, and cultural trends
- Bring fresh ideas that elevate creative output and brand differentiation
- Continuously improve processes and creative execution standards
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- 3–5 years of professional graphic design experience (preferably in lifestyle, fashion, beauty, food, retail, or agency environments)
- Experience with packaging & label design, production, and vendor management
- Ability to manage creative from concept through final production across multiple formats
- Strong portfolio demonstrating: Clean layout systems, Sophisticated typography, Thoughtful visual storytelling
- High proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)
- Experience with: Packaging design and production, Retail/environmental design, Digital marketing assets (email, paid media, social)
- Creative Excellence: Strong aesthetic instincts and execution skills

Salary : $75,000 - $90,000
