Happier at Home is looking for a dependable, organized, and compassionate Business Support Manager to help lead the day-to-day operations of our growing home care company.
This is more than an office position. You will play a central role in caregiver recruiting, scheduling, client communication, lead follow-up, sales support, and business growth.

What You’ll Do:
- Recruit, screen, and help onboard caregivers.
- Help maintain a strong pool of available caregivers.
- Manage caregiver schedules and respond to call-outs or schedule changes.
- Identify and help fill upcoming open shifts and cases.
- Serve as a key point of contact for clients and families.
- Respond to new client inquiries and follow up with prospective clients
- Help schedule in-home assessments.
- Maintain accurate information in HubSpot, Asana, and our scheduling systems.
- Follow up with former or inactive clients.
- Participate in community outreach and referral development.
- Attend approximately 3–5 community or marketing events per month.
- Support the owner with day-to-day operational needs.
The underlying role is designed to support all aspects of Happier at Home’s operations, including caregiver and client acquisition, scheduling, intake, marketing, and lead generation.

Preferred Experience:
Experience in one or more of the following is strongly preferred:
- Home care scheduling.
- Home care sales or business development.
- Home care operations.
- CNA experience.
- Professional caregiving.
- Caregiver recruiting.
- Healthcare customer service.
- Client intake or care coordination.
The position includes significant responsibility for caregiver scheduling, including anticipating open cases, filling shifts, and adapting to sick calls or vacation time.
Schedule:
Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM
The position will be 100% in-office for the first 90 days at:

After the first 90 days, the position may transition to a hybrid schedule if desired and if performance expectations are being met.
The position also includes rotating evening and weekend phone coverage only.
Compensation:
Starting pay: $20/hour
Employees will have the opportunity to earn quarterly pay increases when established performance goals are achieved.
Performance goals may include:
- Caregiver recruiting and retention.
- Scheduling effectiveness.
- Lead response and follow-up.
- In-home assessment bookings.
- Client acquisition.
- Client and family satisfaction.
- Community outreach.
- Operational organization.
The current KRA already includes measurable expectations around caregiver recruiting, rapid lead response, assessment bookings, and ongoing lead follow-up.
