Happi Roofing is growing quickly, and we’re looking for a Closer / Project Manager who wants the opportunity to build with us.
Our canvassing team is producing opportunities, and we need someone we can trust to take those homeowners from the initial appointment through signing the deal and managing the project.
This is not a role for someone who needs to be micromanaged. We’re looking for someone who is trustworthy, organized, competitive, professional, and confident in front of homeowners.
What You'll Do
- Run appointments generated by our canvassing team
- Inspect roofs and identify storm damage
- Meet with homeowners and explain the insurance restoration process
- Build trust and confidently close qualified homeowners
- Meet with insurance adjusters when necessary
- Maintain communication with customers throughout the project
- Keep accurate documentation, photos, notes, and job information
- Coordinate with the Happi Roofing team to move projects from signed contract through completion
- Protect the customer experience and the reputation of the company
- Communicate with canvassers so they know what happened with the appointments they generated
Who We're Looking For

Roofing, restoration, insurance, construction, or in-home sales experience is a major plus.
Strong closers from other sales industries are also encouraged to apply.

Pay: $1,000.00 - $5,000.00 per week
