What Winning Looks Like (First 90 Days)

  • Scale lead flow: 300 → 1,200/month.
  • Double qualified (and completed) sales calls: 80 → 180 /month.
  • Improve qualified call show-up rate to 85%.
  • Keep CAC ≤ $2.5K while testing new channels.
  • Launch 2 new funnels/lead magnets.
  • Build dashboards that show what’s working (and what’s not).
  • 3x podcast reach by end of 2025 (Rate of New Followers & Plays).

What You’ll Do (The Super Short Version)

  • Immediately, you’ll use data, metrics, and ROI to prioritize and 3x our reach (and paying clients) in the next year.
  • Build on our existing PoP Content (podcast, books, thought leadership) to expand reach and deepen relationships.
  • Build a marketing team: there are a couple members already on the team.

Key Results Areas (How You’ll Know If You’re Doing a Stellar Job):

  • 5x the number of first-time conversations in 12 months.
  • Revenue profit growth from $1.2M → $4M in 2026.
  • Continually improvement of conversions in everything you touch (funnels, nurture sequences, landing pages, emails, etc).
  • 100% year-over-year growth driven by unconventional, innovative strategies.
  • Ruthless focus — eliminate what doesn’t work, double down on what does.
  • Changes are being made because of data that has been produced by you. (The Product Market Fit (PMF) is right on --and the data shows.)

The Longer Version Of What You’ll Be Doing

  • Faithfully execute the business plan, achieving/exceeding objectives.
  • Lead, manage, and hold the team accountable to commitments.
  • Growth hacking. We don’t have to explain what “growth hacking” is. You’ll find unconventional, data-driven ways to grow with minimal resources.
  • Full-stack marketing: content, SEO, podcast, email, paid media, analytics, paid search, and advertising.
  • Project management: Participate in weekly meetings on team projects. Hire and supervise contractors (e.g., writers, audio/video producers, editors, designers, proofers, creatives, etc.) Ensure clear communication regarding deadlines, deliverables, etc.
  • Partner closely with the CEO and leadership team for aligned, fast decisions.
  • Optimize and innovate on all content to meet our goals campaigns: podcasts, blogs, workshops, courses.
  • Be the analytics expert: A/B testing, dashboards, data-driven decisions. Experiments and Tests will be a constant part of your role. You should have lots of Google analytics expertise.
  • Curation: Update and integrate existing systems.
  • Build, lead, and scale the marketing team.
  • Make sure everything we publish is anti-vanilla — personal, bold, and truly helpful.

Who You Are

  • You’ve scaled high-ticket coaching/consulting/education ($5K offers).
  • You’ve grown ad spend from $10K/month to $100K without losing efficiency.
  • Funnels, CAC, LTV, CPL — these are your love language.
  • You’re scrappy: you can write copy, spin up ads, and hack landing pages.
  • You’re a builder: you want ownership, not just “managing vendors.”
  • You want to leave your fingerprints on a $100M story.
  • Experienced: 5 years growth marketing/growth hacking and leading teams.
  • Remote-native: you’ve led remote teams before.
  • You hate manipulative marketing, love creative trust-building.
  • Obsessed with data, testing, and continuous improvement.
  • You thrive on speed and execution.
