Essential Job Functions Include But Are Not Limited To
- Processing and handling accounts which have been put out to repossession
- Perform a variety of research to locate collateral/payment and determine equities such as pulling county assessor, vehicle values, and calling references
- Demonstrate cross department communication and coordination
- Ability to review members loan contracts and answer any questions pertaining to their agreement
- Review accounts consistently for offset with respect to department policy and federal regulation
- Submitting insurance for members as well as any request for required payment adjustments
- Demonstrates empathy to the member’s situation, understanding the impact of dealing with the member's finances
- Address difficult or controversial issues and accepts ownership of decisions, actions, and problems
- High School Diploma or General Education Development (GED) certificate
- Experience in Asset Recovery or related industry preferred
Schedule
- Must be available to work 35–40 hours per week, Monday through Friday, between 9:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m.
- This role also requires up to two late shifts per month from 10:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.
- Rotating Saturdays required every 6 weeks.
- Team Meetings are held at 8am throughout the month
