What are the responsibilities and job description for the Commercial Screen Printing Production Workers position at HAPCO Screen Printing, Inc.?
We are currently seeking positive and self motivated screen printing / production associates to work in our growing company. This is an entry level screen printing position for people with little to no experience.
Job Tasks include
- Catching and stacking shirts at the end of the belt dryer
- Pulling Shirts off of automated machine
- Checking prints for any defects or misprints
- Assist with counting in and stack goods for printing
- Assisting with removing ink from screens and prepping them for reclaiming
- General cleaning, such as trash removal, sweeping, mopping, etc.
Skills Required:
- Conscientious, well organized and detail-oriented
- Able to maintain a clean and safe work area
- Must be able to follow directions from supervisors
- English speaking, reading and writing
- Basic math skills
- Strong work ethic that emphasizes positive attitude, team oriented, ability to multi-task, punctuality
- Prior screen printing or warehouse experience is a plus
*Able to Stand, Kneel, bend and lift 50lbs. during shift hours without assistance in varying degrees of temperatures
All positions revolve around a fast paced environment, and ideal candidate should be fully aware of that, as well as be able to perform repetitive duties and stand for 8 hours.'
