Your responsibilities include:
- Leadership and Team Development: Inspire and lead a team of Beauty Advisors, nurturing their individual strengths and fostering a culture of creativity and expertise. Provide ongoing coaching and training to enhance product knowledge, customer service, and sales skills. Foster a collaborative team spirit that aligns with Hapa Kristin's values.
- Customer Experience Excellence: Set the standard for an outstanding customer experience by ensuring Beauty Advisors create welcoming environments, understand customer needs, and make expert recommendations. Encourage team members to unleash their creativity and passion in every customer interaction. Monitor customer feedback and implement improvements as needed.
- Store Success and Sales Goals: Drive store success by supporting Beauty Advisors in achieving sales goals and maintaining visual merchandising standards. Collaborate with other managers to execute special events, promotions, and priorities. Ensure compliance with company policies and standards, and actively participate in inventory control.
- Operational Excellence: Oversee operational aspects of the store, including staffing, scheduling, and adherence to Hapa Kristin's policies. Work collaboratively with other managers to reduce loss and maintain inventory accuracy. Designate advisors to oversee cashier functions and ensure overall operational efficiency.
- Influencer/Celebrity Engagement: This position will be responsible for discreetly interacting with high-profile individuals. We require privacy, discretion, and professionalism in all interactions with these individuals.

- Experience wearing and shopping for colored contacts
- Proven leadership experience in a retail or beauty environment, with a track record of developing and motivating teams
- Passion for delivering exceptional customer service and creating a positive shopping experience
- Deep knowledge of beauty trends and a keen interest in colored contacts
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with both customers and team members
- Resilience and the ability to navigate and prioritize in a fast-paced retail environment
- Flexibility in work hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as needed
- Ability to effectively handle and resolve customer and employee issues
- Adherence to Hapa Kristin's dress code and policies as outlined in the Employee Handbook
