HAP FFC is looking for an energetic, skilled Youth Futsal Coach to lead training and development for our U6–U14 players. This is a part-time, hourly role perfect for someone who lives and breathes futsal and wants to shape the next generation of players in a supportive, fast-growing club.
Futsal-specific coaching experience is required — this isn't outdoor soccer on a small court. We're looking for someone who understands the futsal-specific fundamentals: quick combinations, close ball control, the sole-of-the-foot game, rotations, and small-space decision-making.
What you'll do:
- Plan and run engaging, age-appropriate futsal training sessions for players ages ~4–16
- Teach core futsal techniques and game concepts in a fun, high-energy way
- Support players' technical growth and confidence, on and off the court
- Communicate positively with players and parents
- Represent the club's values at trainings and events
What we're looking for:
- Prior futsal-specific training/coaching background (required)
- Experience working with youth players, especially younger age groups
- Patience, enthusiasm, and strong communication skills
- Reliability and a genuine passion for player development
- Coaching license/certification a plus (or willingness to pursue one)
- Clearances/background check as required for working with minors
