CDL Driver – Dedicated Shuttle Runs
Location: Wichita, KS
Position Summary
Hanzo Logistics is seeking a reliable and safety-focused CDL Driver to perform daily dedicated transfer/shuttle runs between Wichita, KS and McPherson, KS. This position primarily involves no-touch freight and offers a consistent Monday–Friday schedule with daytime hours. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, maintain DOT compliance standards, and be flexible to support additional business needs when required. Experience with forklift operation and warehouse material handling is preferred but not required.
Key Responsibilities
- Complete daily dedicated shuttle/transfer runs between Wichita and McPherson
- Safely operate commercial vehicles in compliance with DOT regulations
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections
- Ensure timely and accurate deliveries and transfers
- Maintain all required logs and transportation documentation
- Communicate effectively with dispatch and operations teams
- Assist with warehouse or forklift duties as needed
Qualifications
- Valid and current CDL license
- Current DOT medical certification
- Clean driving record and commitment to safe driving practices
- Ability to pass pre-employment:
- Background check
- Drug screening
- Health screening
- Dependable, punctual, and professional
- Forklift and warehouse experience preferred
Physical Requirements
- Ability to work in a warehouse environment with varying temperatures.
- Frequent standing, bending, lifting, and walking.
- Use of hand tools, cleaning equipment, and light power tools.
