Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Overall direction and leadership of the on-site maintenance shift
- Receive direction from the Site Leader, and will be responsible for managing the shifts
- Ensure that the customer scope of service is properly supported and resourced and provide a safe and excellent maintenance, leading to customer satisfaction
- Establish overall site maintenance goals and objectives
- Responsible and accountable for the safe operation and excellent maintenance
- Responsible for appropriate staffing levels, training, and support of the dedicated work scope
- Support customer requests regarding maintenance.
- Responsible for the development of the shift team / personnel
- Develop key performance indicators for the shift team / personnel
- Ensure safety processes/requirements for each maintenance work
- Conduct daily maintenance of chemical, gas, and slurry distribution systems
- Write technical documentation for process development
- Ensure accurate documentation of all activities performed
- Read, interpret, and create Piping and Instrumentation Diagrams (P&IDs)
Minimum Qualifications
- Authorized to legally work in the United States
- Possess excellent computer skills including all MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Passion and fascination for construction
- Responsible, dependable, and takes ownership
- Well-organized, a planner and self-starter
- Attention to detail
- Customer-service orientated
- Team player with strong interpersonal skills
- Proficient with technology
