Title CRM Data Analyst (Temp)
Location: Teaneck, NJ - 5 days in office

Hanwha Vision America (HVA) is seeking a talented and experienced Data Analyst Temp to support Hanwha’s CRM goals and objectives. You will be responsible analyzing information across Hanwha’s data systems and providing valuable insights and trends through monthly reporting. You will collaborate closely with Hanwha’s sales and management teams.
Job Summary:
We are seeking a temporary CRM & Sales Operations Assistant to support the CRM, Inside Sales team and STEP Partner Program. This role will focus on data entry, CRM maintenance, and administrative support to ensure continuity of operations and allow the core team to focus on strategic sales activities
Key Responsibilities:
- Product Catalog Management: Create and update product entries in the CRM, including uploading images, updating status, descriptions, and listing compatible models.
- CRM Data Audits: Conduct audits of project registrations, accounts, contacts and partner enrollments to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
- Training Record Maintenance: Upload and organize training records within the CRM system.
- Lead Management: Audit and upload leads into the CRM, ensuring completeness and accuracy.
- STEP Program Support: Send daily STEP enrollment notifications to distributors and update CRM records based on responses.
- STEP Promotional Tracking:
- Log training promotions and ensure they are accurately reflected in the training portal and the CRM.
- Complete STEP Nickel upgrades due to promotions
- Complete the monthly sales training report
- Sales Data Entry: Upload monthly STEP sales data into the CRM for tracking and reporting purposes.
Requirements:
- Experience with CRM systems (Sugar, Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar platforms preferred)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data entry
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Prior experience in sales operations or administrative support is a plus
