Social Media Creative Designer: Job SummaryWe're seeking a talented, deadline-driven Contractor Social Media Creative Designer with proven B2B experience to develop high-impact visual content for social media and digital marketing campaigns. You'll translate complex B2B messaging into clear, compelling visuals that drive engagement, support lead generation, and strengthen brand presence across platforms like LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram. Key Responsibilities:Design & Development: Create original graphics, infographics, banners, animations for social media and email campaigns.B2B Focus: Understand B2B marketing objectives and translate technical/complex topics into accessible, engaging visuals for professional audiences.Brand Consistency: Ensure all designs adhere strictly to brand guidelines, voice, and tone.Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team and sales teams to align visuals with campaign strategy.Project Management: Manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and deliver high-quality work on tight deadlines.Trend Monitoring: Stay ahead of emerging design trends, platform best practices, and new digital marketing tools. Qualifications:Experience: 3 years in graphic design, with significant B2B marketing experience.Portfolio: A strong portfolio showcasing B2B social media, digital ads, and sales collateral.Technical Skills: Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and familiarity with video/motion graphics.
