Position SummaryWe are seeking a Purchasing Assistant Manager to lead day-to-day procurement activities and support our global supply operations. The position focuses primarily on purchasing, vendor management, and documentation control, with logistics experience considered a strong plus, but not a core functional requirement. Korean/English bilingual ability is essential due to frequent communication with Korean clients.Key Responsibilities • Manage the end-to-end procurement process: vendor communication, quotation comparison, price negotiation, and order execution. • Negotiate delivery terms and commercial conditions to maximize profitability and secure timely supply. • Prepare, review, and maintain export documents (PO, Invoice, Packing List, BL, etc.). • Monitor order status and coordinate with logistics partners when needed to ensure smooth shipment flow. • Maintain accurate inventory and order records; reconcile with accounting on AP, AR, and inventory. • Oversee IATA/IMDG certification renewals and ensure compliance for applicable shipments. • Support cross-functional initiatives and contribute to continuous process improvements.
