Position OverviewHanwha Defense USA is seeking an Executive Vice President (EVP) of Missiles to lead and oversee the strategy, operations, and business development of missiles division in the United States. This senior executive will be responsible for driving growth, ensuring operational excellence, and building strong relationships with U.S. defense stakeholders, including the Department of Defense, U.S. Army, and other key agencies.Roles & Responsibilities:Strategic Leadership- Define and execute the U.S. missiles business strategy. - Identify market opportunities in missiles and associated defense solutions. - Oversee long-term R&D and investment strategies to position Hanwha as a leading missiles providerGovernment & Stakeholder Engagement- Build and maintain strong relationships with U.S. Department of Defense, Army, Navy, and acquisition offices. - Drive collaboration with U.S. primes and OEM partners to expand co-development and co-production programs.Operational Excellence- Oversee U.S. missiles programs ensuring timely delivery, compliance, and quality. - Lead negotiations on major contracts, licensing, and cooperative agreements.Qualifications:- Experience in defense industry with leadership in missiles. - Established relationships with DoD, U.S. Army, and major defense contractors. - Strong knowledge of U.S. defense acquisition system, procurement, and compliance (ITAR, DFARS, FAR).
