Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role based in Cartersville, GA. The Team Lead will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing and mentoring team members, coordinating workflow, and ensuring productivity and quality standards are met. Additional responsibilities include monitoring performance, identifying areas for improvement, and fostering a collaborative and safe work environment. The Team Lead will act as a liaison between team members and senior management to ensure effective communication and seamless execution of projects.
