Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Pipefitter located in Taylor, TX, at the Samsung Semiconductor Site. The Pipefitter will be responsible for installing, assembling, and maintaining piping systems, including pipes and steam systems. The role requires performing welding tasks, particularly auto welding. Daily tasks include reading and interpreting blueprints, ensuring systems meet standards, and conducting routine maintenance checks.
Qualifications
- Experience in Pipefitting and working with various types of pipes
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Relevant certifications and qualifications in pipefitting and welding are beneficial
- High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training or apprenticeship preferred
- Legally authorized to work in the US
Preferred Skills
- International and multi-cultural experience is a plus
- Strong teamwork and work ethic
