HANSONS is hiring a Customer Experience Coordinator to help homeowners enjoy a great experience from their first appointment through project completion!
You'll coordinate schedules, communicate with customers and internal teams, and help keep daily operations organized.
No construction experience needed — we'll train you!

What You'll Do
Provide friendly, professional customer service and project updates.
Schedule installations and measurement appointments.
Coordinate with customers, installers, technicians, sales teams, and managers.
Manage scheduling changes and help resolve customer concerns.
Process customer payments, checks, and deposits.
Maintain accurate project documentation and records.
Order office and sales supplies.
Support daily office operations and project completion.
What We're Looking For
1 year of customer service, scheduling, or administrative experience
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organization, multitasking, and attention to detail
Positive, professional, and solutions-focused attitude
Comfortable managing changing priorities
Basic computer and Microsoft Office skills
High school diploma or GED
Must be at least 18 years old
Customer service, hospitality, scheduling, dispatching, and administrative backgrounds are welcome!
No home improvement experience required.
