Job Title:Bridge Lead - Indiana
Hanson is seeking an experiencedBridgeLeadto helpgrowour bridge engineering practice across Indiana and the Midwest. This role will engage in some of our region's mosthigh-profilestructuralprojects- includingreplacements and rehabilitations ofmajorrivercrossingsandinterstate bridges;large-scalebridgeinspectionsand load ratings;anddesign-buildpursuits. These projects involvestructurescrossingthe MississippiandIllinois Rivers;high-profile projects indowntownSt. Louisand on theTollway systemin Chicago;and the "Improve 64"design-buildproject in Southern Indiana. Ifyou'repassionate about leadingbridge designprojects, working on complex structures,and influencing the future of critical transportation infrastructure, thisis an opportunity to make a meaningful impact.
WhatYou'llDo
Lead bridge design, rehabilitation, inspection, andloadratingprojects.
Design complex structuresonhigh-profile projects.
Oversee project delivery for INDOT and regional agencies.
Mentor junior and midlevel structural engineers.
Support client relationships, proposals, and strategic pursuits.
Coordinate across multidisciplinary teams.
WhatWe'reLooking For
Bachelor's degree in civil engineering (MS preferred).
10 yearsofbridge engineeringexperience.
PErequired; SE preferred or ability to obtain.
Strong experience with AASHTO LRFD and INDOT standards.
Demonstrated delivery ofsignificantbridgeprojects.

Salary Range: $160,000 - $190,000
