Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Regional Sales Representative based in Camarillo, CA. The Regional Sales Representative will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, managing client relationships, preparing sales proposals, meeting sales targets, and providing product knowledge to clients. Additional responsibilities include attending industry events, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the planning, manufacturing, and installation processes.
Compensation: This role offers a base salary of $100,000 plus commission.
Qualifications
- Proven sales experience, business development acumen, and the ability to meet and exceed sales targets
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills for building and maintaining client relationships
- Knowledge of laboratory furniture and systems, or the ability to quickly learn industry-specific products and applications
- Strong organizational and time-management skills for handling multiple clients and projects
- Willingness to work on-site in Camarillo, CA, with a willingness to travel within the Southern California region as needed
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
- Experience in the laboratory furniture or related industries is a plus
