Ideal candidates will be reliable, flexible, and committed to excellence in communication access. Assignments vary by industry and may include educational, medical, legal, community, business, and virtual settings.ResponsibilitiesProvide accurate, impartial, and confidential interpreting services.Interpret between English and ASL or English and your spoken language(s) fluently and professionally.Maintain professionalism, cultural sensitivity, and ethical standards at all times.Prepare for assignments as needed to ensure accuracy and contextual understanding.Follow HIPAA and confidentiality guidelines.Complete assignments and required documentation in a timely manner.QualificationsFor ASL Interpreters:Fluency in ASL and English.RID/NAD certification or equivalent (preferred, not required).Experience in community, educational, medical, or legal settings is a plus.For Spoken Language Interpreters:Fluency in English and at least one additional spoken language.Professional interpreting experience preferred.Certification(s) such as CCHI, NBCMI, or state court certification are beneficial.General Requirements:Strong interpersonal and communication skills.Ability to maintain confidentiality and neutrality.Must be dependable, punctual, and responsive.Access to reliable transportation or stable internet for remote assignments.What We OfferCompetitive pay rates based on experience and certification.Flexible scheduling—accept assignments that fit your availability.Supportive, interpreter-focused team environment.Opportunities for professional development and training.
