- Assist Managers with recruitment and interview processes, including phone screens, posting job ads, scheduling applicants, sending application information, and gathering feedback as necessary.
- Communicate consistently throughout the recruitment and hiring process.
- Ensure candidates fully understand job responsibilities, compensation, and training requirements.
- Build applicant sources by researching and reaching out to community services, colleges, employment agencies, and online platforms.
- Interview and hire both non-exempt and exempt staff.
- Manage all temporary staffing for the location.
- Arrange interviews with department managers.
- Attend job fairs, coordinate open houses, and seek career events to enhance recruitment efforts.
- Post employment opportunities internally and on the website.
- Facilitate and manage internal promotions and transfers.
- Facilitate smooth onboarding experiences for new hires
- Coordinate orientation sessions and training schedules
- Handle exit interviews and offboarding documentation
- Process reference requests, application response letters, and related pre-employment background checks.
- Ensure compliance with the I-9 employment eligibility verification process

- Assist HR Director with annual performance review process.
- Compile data from multiple entities in preparation for annual benefit audits.
- Assist with compiling data for the annual salary survey report.
- Special Projects: Engaging in and leading HR-related special projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
- Address employee concerns and escalate issues as necessary.
- Support performance review processes and coaching initiatives
- Participate in organizing employee engagement activities and wellness programs
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 2–5 years of experience in HR and recruitment roles
- Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices
- Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
