Hansen Talent Group is hiring a Senior IT Business Analyst to support large-scale initiatives for a large team in a fast-paced Agile environment.
What You’ll DoElicit, document, and validate business and technical requirements
Translate business needs into clear user stories and acceptance criteria
Partner with Product Owners, developers, and testers in an Agile Scrum environment
Support solution design, testing, and deployment activities
Validate business value of system changes and process improvements
Provide guidance, mentorship, and big-picture context to stakeholders
IT Business Analysis experience
Strong experience gathering requirements and supporting large projects
Ability to communicate complex concepts to technical and non-technical teams
Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience)
Nice to Have
Secure web application experience
Basic understanding of Java-based systems
Agile certifications (CSPO, PMI-ACP)
Tools: Digital.ai Agility, Visio, SQL
