The Opportunity
We’re looking for outstanding litigation associates with anywhere from 1 year to 6 years of experience to join our growing team.
This is a hands-on role where you’ll be deeply involved in all phases of litigation—from early case strategy through trial and appeal. You’ll work closely with experienced litigators, gain meaningful courtroom exposure, and take on real responsibility from day one.
What You’ll Do
- Draft motions, briefs, pleadings, and legal memoranda
- Manage discovery (written discovery, document review, depositions)
- Participate in hearings, mediations, trials, and client strategy sessions
- Take and defend depositions
- Argue motions in court
- Collaborate closely with partners and litigation teams
What We’re Looking For
- J.D. from an accredited law school with strong academic credentials
- Licensed (or eligible) to practice in Wisconsin
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in litigation practice (business/commercial preferred) or serving as a judicial law clerk
- Excellent legal writing, analytical, and communication skills
- Ability to manage tasks independently
- Commitment to delivering exceptional work and client service
