Bindery Operator

We are seeking a Bindery Operator with a strong work history. The ideal candidate must be willing and able to learn new systems quickly and efficiently. You should possess the ability to multitask, along with basic math skills and measurement proficiency. **Responsibilities:** The Bindery Operator is responsible for setting up and operating various bindery equipment, which may include folding machines, collators, cutters, and other related machinery. You will need to be familiar with the operational requirements, procedures, capabilities, and limitations of this equipment. **Requirements:**

• Good mechanical aptitude with experience in equipment operation.
• Ability to work well in a team environment.
• Strong math skills and effective time management abilities.
• Demonstrated reliability through consistent attendance and punctuality.
• Capability to perform tasks with minimal supervision.

• Regularly required to stand and use hands to finger, handle, or feel
• Frequently required to walk; use feet to operate machines, and talk or hear
• Regularly required to reach with hands and arms; stoop, kneel, or crouch
• Must be able frequently lift and/or move up to 50 lbs.
• Manufacturing environment with exposure to noise at varying levels Candidates must have a high school diploma or a general education degree (GED).
