Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Specialist located in Columbus, OH. The Sales Specialist will focus on building and maintaining strong client relationships, identifying and developing sales opportunities, and promoting products aligned with customer needs. Responsibilities include conducting sales presentations, providing exceptional customer service, managing accounts, and ensuring client satisfaction. The role also involves collaborating with the team, providing product training to clients, and staying informed about market trends to drive consistent revenue growth.
Qualifications
- Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills, with the ability to build strong client relationships
- Proven experience in Sales and Sales Management, with a results-oriented approach
- Ability to deliver effective Training for clients and team members on products and services
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in relevant sales tools and CRM software is a plus
- Previous experience in the furnishing or commercial furniture industry preferred but not required
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
