Branch Manager

Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled, experienced, and highly motivated Branch Manager to lead one of our leading Puget Sound offices with integrity and strategic vision.

In this critical Branch Manager role, you'll oversee daily operations, drive sales growth & profitability, and coordinate a team that includes; operations management, sales, warehouse staff, and moving crews. Your leadership will foster a positive & productive work environment, promote operational excellence & safety, uphold company standards, and ensure the consistent delivery of customer service excellence.

Compensation: $100,000 to $120,000 DOE * _Annual Bonus_*!

Excellence: Maintain top-tier customer satisfaction ratings by ensuring moving crews and warehouse staff are well-trained and always have the proper equipment to execute their duties safely, efficiently, and on schedule.

Compliance: Enforce education, awareness, and full compliance with all company policies and external regulations & rules (DOT, WUTC, OSHA, and Van Line).

Management: Lead operations recruiting efforts, oversee onboarding/training of crews, ensure branch-wide adherence to proper hiring practices and labor laws, and instill a mindset of quality & efficiency in all aspects of the branch operations.

Financial: Build and maintain operational & warehouse capacities, proactively control labor costs, and meet or exceed monthly revenue goals.

Fleet & Warehouse: Oversee the maintenance and repair of branch local truck fleet, warehouse equipment, and facilities.

Candidate Requirements & Qualifications:

• MINIMUM 5 YEARS of Experience in the Moving & Storage Industry (including Sales, Overseas, Interstate, Local, Intrastate, and Commercial moves plus HHG & Commercial Warehousing)
• MINIMUM 3 YEARS of Experience in Warehouse Management (including the use of Warehouse Management Software and physical layouts)
• MINIMUM 2 YEARS of Experience in Forklift & Material handling
• DOT compliance knowledge (truck inspections & driver regulations)
• Excellent customer service & problem-solving skills
• Exceptional organizational skills with a focus on time management and multitasking
• Ability to work in a fast-paced office environment

• Knowledge of Puget Sound geography
• Self-motivated team player with strong communication skills (verbal, written, and interpersonal)
• Reliable, dependable, and adaptable
• Current Washington State Driver's License in good standing
