We are assisting our confidential client with the search for a highly capable and motivated Senior Financial Analyst. This role will support Oracle Cloud Applications and Concur, including system administration, implementations, enhancements, and integrations with other corporate applications.
Location: Bellevue, WA (Hybrid, Onsite 4 days per week)
Length of Assignment: 12 months

Responsibilities
- Establish strong working relationship with Finance, Procurement, PMO, Project Management, IT, Engineering, and key business partners to ensure comprehensive and timely communication of integration projects to all relevant stakeholders.
- Responsible for gathering and documenting business requirements; consulting with stakeholders to prioritize, develop, and deploy solutions.
- Responsible to identify, troubleshoot and track systems and process issues to ensure resolution and keep systems efficient and operational.
- Establish and grant user’s proper project access based on policy, procedure, guidelines. Timely and accurately resolve access-based issues for compliance.
- Participate in cross-functional teams to provide recommendations on new initiatives or projects.
- Document processes flows and standard operating procedures clearly and thoroughly, and train others on the process.
- Organized and detail-oriented, with high degree of accuracy.
- Support quarterly Oracle system upgrades with internal and external stakeholders and prepare upgrades for the Change Advisory Board.
- Assist with identifying, designing, testing, and implementing ERP functionality and improvements. Manage “backlog” of projects post ERP implementation and triage priorities with Change Advisory Committee approval.
- Monitor finance systems service desk tickets.
- Support Weekly timecard submittal and approval process.
- Continuously evaluate and refine applications and processes to ensure system is efficient, effective, and scalable
Key Qualifications
- Minimum three years of experience working with financial and/or business systems.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Analytics, Information Systems, Finance, or related field.
- Understanding of business, finance, and accounting functions.
- SQL, DBMS, and BI reporting knowledge is a plus.
- Experience working with SaaS enterprise applications (Oracle Cloud, Concur) in organizations with government grants and/or government contracts.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented; high degree of accuracy.
- Capable of quickly comprehending new information and technologies.
- Capable of working in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
- Analytical/problem solving – ability to identify, analyze and resolve problems in a timely manner.
- Ability to prioritize and plan work activities.
- Must be team oriented, willing to operate within a collaborative, multi-disciplinary environment.
- Strong communication skills desired.
- The successful candidate will possess a high degree of trust and integrity, communicate openly and display respect, and a desire to foster teamwork.
- Actual position starting level and title will be determined based on assessment of qualifications.
Estimated Compensation Range: $35.00–$70.00 per hour. All experience levels considered.
