- Greet customers warmly and provide outstanding customer service throughout their shopping journey
- Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems efficiently to process retail sales transactions accurately
- Handle cash register operations, including cash handling and cash drawer management with precision
- Assist customers with product demos and answer questions about store merchandise to boost sales and engagement
- Maintain knowledge of store products and merchandising standards to effectively recommend items and upsell when appropriate
- Stock shelves, organize displays, and ensure the sales floor is clean, organized, and inviting
- Practice excellent phone etiquette when answering inquiries or assisting customers remotely
- Support inventory management by stocking products and participating in periodic stock counts
- Demonstrate strong communication skills to collaborate with team members and provide seamless service
Experience
- Prior experience in retail sales or cashiering is preferred but not required; we value enthusiasm and a willingness to learn
- Supervising experience is a plus for those interested in growth opportunities within the team
- Bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve our diverse customer base effectively
