We are looking for a passionate and skilled Veterinarian to join our team!

Key Responsibilities:
- Patient Care: Provide high-quality medical care to patients, including diagnosing, treating, and managing medical conditions.
- Surgical Procedures: Perform surgeries with assistance from a skilled team of CVTs, ensuring patient safety during anesthesia and surgery.
- Client Communication: Educate clients on preventative care, treatment options, and pet health. Communicate clearly and compassionately, ensuring they are active participants in their pet’s healthcare decisions.
- Diagnostics: Utilize in-house diagnostic tools (digital x-ray, dental x-ray, ultrasound, Abaxis labs) to support accurate diagnoses and effective treatment plans.
- Preventative Care: Conduct wellness exams, administer vaccines, and provide guidance on health maintenance.
- Collaborative Teamwork: Work with a highly skilled team of CVTs and support staff, collaborating on cases and ensuring smooth patient care from start to finish.
- Work-Life Balance: Enjoy a healthy work-life balance with manageable appointment times and a schedule that values your personal time.
Schedule:
- 30-minute appointments
- 1-hour lunch break
- No on-call shifts
- Saturday rotation (about once a month) from 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM
- Full-time is considered 34 hours/week
Compensation and Benefits:
- Competitive salary based on experience (Pro-sal or salary)
- Payment of state license fees, DEA license fee, and professional dues (AVMA and PVMA)
- Paid medical insurance with approximately 75% coverage
- Veterinary malpractice insurance
- 80 hours PTO, 32 hours sick time
- 48 hours of Continuing Education (CE) and $3,000 every 2 years for license renewal
