Role Description The Associate Recruiter will support legal recruiting activities, including sourcing candidates, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews for attorney positions at law firms, businesses, and public interest organizations. Day-to-day responsibilities include maintaining candidate and client databases, preparing position descriptions, assisting with outreach campaigns, and updating recruitment reports. The role also involves communicating with candidates and clients by phone, email, and video, scheduling meetings, and supporting senior recruiters with market research and candidate presentations. This is a part-time, hybrid role based in New York, NY, with regular on-site work in midtown Manhattan and some flexibility to work from home.
