What are the responsibilities and job description for the Head Coach - Boys Lacrosse position at Hanover High School?
Hanover High School is seeking a Head Varsity Boys Lacrosse Coach to lead the program. The coach will conduct practices, motivate students, instruct in-game strategies and techniques, and oversee the administrative aspects of the program. Candidates should have a strong lacrosse background and have coaching experience at the club, high school, or collegiate level. Must have a verifiable record of positive staff, student, and administrative support and relationships, and must place appropriate emphasis on good sportsmanship, positive attitudes, and character. Candidates should be able to communicate effectively, collaborate, and work positively as a member of a team. First Aid and CPR/AED certification is required and coach must meet NHIAA and NHFS coaching requirements prior to coaching. The official season runs from mid-March to early June.
