Position Summary
The Working Sous Chef is responsible for assisting in all culinary operations, including menu development, food quality, kitchen leadership, cost control, and sanitation. The ideal candidate understands that success in a club environment is defined by delivering an excellent experience day in and day out—not just on occasion.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver consistent, high-quality food across all dining outlets and events
- Develop balanced, appealing menus that reflect member preferences
- Maintain strong cost controls, including food cost, labor, and waste management
- Lead, train, and retain a cohesive kitchen team
- Ensure cleanliness, organization, and adherence to all health and safety standards
- Collaborate with club leadership to enhance the overall member experience
- Execute events and banquets with precision and reliability

- Proven experience as chef in a club, resort, or high-volume restaurant
