Position Highlights
- Prepare and cook pizzas according to house recipes and standards
- Stretch dough, sauce, cheese, and top pizzas efficiently
- Work the oven during high-volume rushes
- Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards
- Support the team to keep orders moving smoothly
What We Offer
- $16–$23 per hour base pay, depending on experience
- Extremely consistent pooled tips shared with kitchen staff, averaging $7–$10 per hour
- Flexible scheduling
- Full-time and part-time opportunities available
- Supportive management and a positive team culture
- Negotiable signing bonus for full-time employees after 6 months of employment, ranging from $500–$1,000
