Job Overview: As Front Desk Staff, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, handling check-ins, lane assignments, and customer inquiries while ensuring a smooth bowling experience.
Responsibilities:
- Handle check-ins, shoe rentals, and payments.
- Assist customers with questions and manage lane assignments.
- Handle telephone inquiries.
- Direct the work of lane attendants and assume responsibilities in their absence
- Notify the mechanic promptly of any mechanical failures
- Issue and recover lanes for leagues, open play, tournaments and special events
- Assist center management with other duties as required.
Requirements:
- Previous customer service experience preferred.
- Strong multitasking and organizational skills.
- Applicants must be 18 years of age or older.
- Must be available to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
