Job Description
We are seeking an Accounting & Finance Specialist to support a wide range of accounting, financial reporting, budgeting, and operational finance activities. This role will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure financial accuracy, compliance with company policies, and effective financial planning processes. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, analytical, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
Key responsibilities
- Plant’s monthly closing leads
- Plant’s profitability and program’s financial review including gate review support
- Plays key role in the preparation of analytical reports and tools
- Regularly communicates with teams regarding expectations for preparation and review of budgets, forecasts, and actual results relative to expectations.
- Prepares accurate reporting of variances and works with department managers to develop accurate internal reporting.
- Performs ad hoc core financial analysis and reporting responsibilities to support internal initiatives and projects focusing on driving efficiency and transparency
- Supports the finance related project, task such as inventory optimization, cost saving, etc.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree with a preference for a degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Economics and/or equivalent work experience
- 5-10 years of experience in financial analysis or accounting
- Experience working in a manufacturing environment preferred
- Strong grasp of Microsoft Office applications with an emphasis on Excel and PowerPoint
- Excellent organizational skills & attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and perform in a deadline driven environment
Special Requirements (i.e., Overtime, Travel, etc.)
- Work with International team
- Overtime is required as needed
